Placing an order with Healyourself Australia Pty Ltd or healyourself.com.au indicates your acceptance of the following Terms and Conditions:


This shopping site at HealYourself.com.au, (the “Site”) is a shopping website where you can browse, select and order products from HealYourself Australia Pty Ltd . Your access to and use of the Site, including your order of Products through the Site, is governed by these terms and conditions.


You agree to be bound by, and comply with, these terms and conditions. In addition to these trading terms, there are terms and conditions that apply to the use of the Site. You agree to comply with the terms of use. You agree to comply with all relevant laws relating to your use of the Site and your placement of any order through the Site.


You may order Products by selecting and submitting your order through the Site in accordance with these terms and conditions. Any order placed through this Site for a Product is an offer by you to purchase the particular Product for the price notified (including the delivery and other charges and taxes) at the time you place the order. We may ask you to provide additional details or require you to confirm your details to enable us to process any orders placed through the Site.You agree to provide us with current, complete and accurate details when asked to do so by the Site.


Heal Yourself Australia Pty Ltd is carefully monitored by our staff to provide customers with competitive pricing. Product prices are dynamically updated by our in-house purchasing system, when price changes are received from our suppliers. All of our prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST (Goods and Services Tax), regardless of shipping address.


Every effort will be made to effect delivery in the time promised, however, late delivery or non-delivery due to circumstances beyond the Company’s control, shall not constitute a breach of contract by the Company.  In addition the Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage, however so arising through such late delivery. The choice of the carrier and method of transport remains with the Company. The Company takes no responsibility for goods sent that “go missing,” when the Company can validate the delivery with a “Proof of Receipt” from the carrier/courier. 

The Delivery Fee for your order depends on the type of Product you order (in particular, the size and weight of the Product.

You agree to comply with certain delivery requirements specified below and such other requirements that we notify you when you place your order through the Site.

We also recommend that you be present to accept the delivery of your order if you have paid by credit card.

We may require the person accepting the delivery of your order to provide us with proof of that person’s identity (including photographic identification) and, where relevant, age. If the order has been paid by credit card, then we may also ask you to show us the credit card for us to conduct our verification checks.

If there is no one or no appropriate person (for example, above 18 years old) at the Delivery Address to receive the order or, if you are required to be present at the time of delivery and you are not present at that time, then we will not deliver the Products you have ordered. In this instance, we will endeavour to contact you or you may contact us to arrange for delivery at a different time, and we may charge you an additional Delivery Fee for that replacement delivery.

You acknowledge and agree that any person at the Delivery Address who receives the Products is authorised by you to receive your order.


Healyourself Australia Pty Ltd will endeavour to ensure that all goods ordered by you are supplied to you. However, please be aware that our inventory can fluctuate throughout the day due to sales demand, so an item indicated as "stocked" when you place your order may, in fact, be out of stock.

Restocking of items may take time and this may in fact delay the desptach of your order.

If an item is determined as unavailable or discontinued from our supplier it will be refunded back to your payment method.

If you placed an order and it mentioned "Backorded" this means the stock is expected to arrive in the next 2-4 weeks.


Regular shipping - We endevour to ship items received before 10am that working day our by Eparcel. 

Express shipping:

We endeavour to ship out Express post orders received before 10 am (EST Sydney time) that day by Australia Post eParcel Express.

Please note - This is pending stock availability . Please note not all areas in Australia are guaranteed next day delivery.

Items are sent with signature upon delivery. Should you not be at home items will be carted (red card put in your letter box) and item will need to be collected from your LPO (Local post office)

INCORRECTLY ADDRESSED ITEMS (Unclaimed and return to senders)

If your item is incorrectly addressesed and is returned to us Australia Post charges us a fee of $10.

It is the customers responsbility to check correct shipping address.

If you would like the items resent you will need to pay this $10 fee + cost of reshipping.

Regular shipping:

Delivery times 3-7 days Australia wide and are fully traceable. This is pending availability and stock levels. 

Delivery to Western Australia may take 5-7working days by Eparcel. 

The Eparcel tracking number is sent upon despatch as an email.


Authority to Leave (Safe Drop)

To request authority to leave then we require customers to register for safe drop via the MyAust Post website.

When you receive your tracking email from Australia post you are able to select the option "Safe Drop" for the delivery,

When you receive your email Go to Deliveries > Track. If the Safe Drop option is showing for your delivery, simply follow the steps.

Important: Please note when you select safe drop you accept all responsbility for the loss of products if they are stolen.

Healyourself accepts no responsbility for the delivery or loss or damage of orders that are delivered by safe drop.

Cultured kits - Kefir and Veggies culture :

Activated culture does not have to be refrigerated during transport - only once a sachet is open or half used or open then must be refrigerated.

However, it is recommended the item is kept under 40 degrees during transport. Although all care is taken to ensure the goods are received in a timely matter HealYourself can not take any responsiibility for delays during transport and any impact this may have being stored in prolonged hot area and the impact on the product.  It is recommended If you are outside on NSW and concerned about this you select express shipping.

During storage storage we recommend you store the culture in a cool place away from prolonged sunlight exposure.


Pick-ups: All pickups must be organised in advance before you come in.

If you wish to pay & pickup, please order online & select 'store pick up' upon checkout.   Staff will send you a order update email when goods are ready to pickup.

International shipping:

Note:  We ship to New Zealand, United States, Japan, Canada and the UK only  - our website will not allow shipping to countries outside these . You are welcome to enquire if you are outside of these countries for a shipping quote. Note: Some EU and european countries do not allow importation of supplements.

Note: Customer is responsible for local customs requirements and restrictions.

Free shipping over $149 does not apply to international orders.


Items are sent are traceable, with signature upon delivery required, if you require additional insurance please advise or contact us directly.


With respect to products sold on the site, Healyourself Australia Pty Ltd makes no representations or warranties, either expressed or implied, of any kind, except as expressly stated herein. In no event shall Healyourself Australia Pty Ltd, its directors, officers, employees and representatives be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, special, exemplary or other damages related to the product sold.

Healyourself Australia Pty Ltd aims to include in the Product List up-to-date pictures of the goods. At times, the picture of the goods on the Product List may differ from the goods actually supplied to you. Healyourself Australia Pty Ltd does not warrant the accuracy of the information contained in the Product List and recommends that you read the Labels on Goods carefully before consumption.

All Units come with a 1 year warranty (from date of purchase)

If unit has a malfunction due to manufacturing we will refund or exchange the goods and freight cost (original postage receipt must be included with return) - this falls under the faulty goods returns policy ( see below).

If returned goods are tested to be in working order, not used or damaged then our General returns policy below will apply to these goods.

PERISHABLE GOODS note: Please note we only offer refunds / exchanges on perishable goods, where product is unopened and safety seal is intact.

If perishable items are opened, do to obvious hygience and safety concerns we are not able to offer a refund.


General Returns policy (non faulty goods):  

For Goods which has not been opened or used and customer has had a change of mind this falls under our General returns policy.

General Returns received back at our premises within 7 days from the date of purchase have a 10% restocking fee with shipping fees non refundable.  

General Returns received back at our premises after 7 days from the date of purchase have a 20% restocking fee with shipping fees non refundable.

Exchanges 7 days received back at our premises have a  10% restocking fee with shipping fees non refundable.

Returns: All RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS must be sent back with the required return form which will be sent to after you call or email us to explain the reason for your return you will need to include on the form your return authorisation number.  

You must email us to request this form. Failure to include this form means will not be able to process the refund.

Goods which have been opened, used or misued internally and or deliberately modified will void the warranty.


Faulty goods returns policy:

To deem a good faulty we require that the goods be returned to us first for testing to determine the fault.

The correct returns form MUST be filled out and sent to us first with returned goods.

HealYourself Australia Pty Ltd returns form MUST be completed and sent back to Heal Yourself Australia Pty Ltd together with the returned goods.

Where goods are deemed to be by faulty Heal Yourself Australia Pty Ltd will honour the postage cost incurred by you to return the goods and a

replacement unit shall be sent to you to.

Returns: All RETURNS must be sent back with the required return form which will be sent to after you call or email us to explain the reason for your return you will need to include on the form your return authorisation number.  

Goods which have been opened, used or misued internally and or deliberately modified will void the warranty.



Any contract with the Company shall be deemed to have been executed and entered into the State of NSW and the same shall be construed enforce and performed in accordance with the laws thereof any proceedings shall be brought and heard in Sydney. 


The Company supplies goods on the condition that property of the goods does not pass until they have been paid for in full, but the goods are at the risk of the purchaser as soon as they have been delivered to or into the custody of the purchaser’s agent. 


Healyourself takes no responsibility for goods for which after delivery with a valid Australia post proof of signature is provided are challanged.Customer takes responsbility for the delivery and receipt of goods. If goods are lost before Australia post proof of signature is provided we are happy to provide tracing and investigation with Australia post.


As we strive to process orders quickly, there is only a brief period of time during which you may change or cancel an order. All orders are automatically processed on our secure merchant facility and this process incurs irreversible fees. If you wish to cancel an order, a full refund will be issued, minus any transaction and/or other applicable fees incurred by Healyourself Australia Pty Ltd due to the cancellation of your order. If you should make a mistake when ordering, please contact us immediately and if your order has not yet been dispatched we will try to accommodate your request.

Rewards points Program

Points can only be redeemed after 50 points achieved. Redemeption can only be claimed off a new order purchased on the HealYourself website for a user registered with account and can not be redeemed for cash, vouchers or any other method.


Healyourself Australia Pty Ltd considers registration information private, and maintains that the safekeeping of your username and password are your responsibility. We are not liable for any unauthorised use of your username and password.

AfterPay Payment method 

Valid for amounts from $0 to $1,000 with a credit card. *Pending custerms accessed credit limit.

*If you fail to make a payment you will be charged a late fee of $10 and if still overdue an additional $7 will be charged one week later.

The payment arrangement is made with Afterpay and they will approve payments at time of order. For first time Afterpay customers the first payment will be made at the time of purchase, with payments over 6 weeks. Existing Afterpay customers first payment will be made in 14 days, with payments over 8 weeks. The full payment schedule will be provided to you at time of purchase.

This Agreement, its Terms and Conditions and the Use of this Site shall be governed by the laws in existence in Australia. You agree that any claim relating to the Site and our service can only be dealt with in a court in the state of NSW, Australia.


The terms of this Agreement remain effective even if terminated by either party. We reserve the right to suspend or deny, in our sole discretion, your access to all or any portion of the Site with or without notice, subject to applicable law. You agree that any termination of your access to the Site may be effected without prior notice, and acknowledge and agree that we may immediately deactivate or delete your registration and all related information and files under your registration and bar any further access to such files or the Site. Further, you agree that we shall not be liable to you or any third-party for any termination of your access to the Site.
